We employ around 350 staff. Half our staff teach in the Senior and Prep schools, while half provide essential and high quality support to the core educational function.

This means that we employ people with a very wide range of skills and expertise, from cleaning to marketing, catering to finance, library to human resources, and grounds staff to maintenance. As an equal opportunities employer, we value and care about our employees.
